Leadership Assessment and Development


Leading Telecommunications Company.


The company saw a need for the development of Leadership Competencies to assess the organisation’s senior leaders and increase ROI on training expenses. The development of these Leadership Competencies would also lead to a cultural change.


The Leadership Competencies were established by working closely with the company to ensure the values, behaviours, and expectations of performance were understood across all levels of management.

Interviews were conducted with participants over two hours to allow a high level of objectivity and the opportunity to openly discuss their background in detail.

A 360o Performance Feedback process and Psychometric Assessment (personality appraisal, cognitive assessment, and emotional intelligence) was undertaken and combined with interview results to produce a report for all senior leaders.


The outcome from this project was greater effectiveness of the company’s learning and development programs and an increase in Manager’s performance.
