Portland Broome worked in partnership to undertake a recruitment and selection process for a number of executive positions. These positions included a HESQ Manager, Production Manager and HR Business Partner.


A sourcing strategy for each role was implemented which included internet advertising and the utilisation of specialised databases. A Position Profile was developed outlining company overview, responsibilities, key outcomes and selection criteria. Candidates were interviewed then shortlisted. The final candidates completed cognitive and personality assessments.


This contract is ongoing with all candidates performing successfully in the high level roles. We provided follow-up services at one-month and again at three-months ensure both employee and employer were happy with the outcome.
