We combined online and offline psychometric assessments to gain an objective understanding of each candidate. This included carrying out personality appraisals, cognitive assessments, measurement of motivation, and career interest profiles to indicate the strongest candidate to be put forward for the role.


The results of the psychometric assessments were interpreted by our organisational psychologists who measured the results against the organisations values and objectives. The assessments were able to indicate the strongest candidates against the organisations job criteria of Safety, Leadership Style, Ability to Influence, Communication Skills, and Team Motivation.
